In today’s episode I share my thoughts on the all too familiar dilemma of showing up authentically as ourselves. We are so burnt out, under pressure, often times still raw and healing from what life has thrown at us, still growing and learning how to be brave and stand up to the lies from those who come and attempt to box us- that we often don’t notice when our true identities evaporate under all the pressure. We desperately want to be real, we desperately want to pull off every mask that hides our truth but fear and circumstance bind us and all attempts to be ourselves are thwarted. The poems in this episode were all written as I personally fought my own battle to finally show up as myself. Who knew it would be so hard!
