Karyn Parkinson is a dynamo when it comes to all things digital media and ecommerce. Running a successful group program and training school, Karyn was showing up for her clients consistently and showing them how it's done!

But after the birth of her daughter in 2021, Karyn was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy and it has hindered her confidence in showing up on camera and video for her business, and of course her own brand.
