This episode almost didn’t happen.

I didn’t feel my best. My voice wasn’t perfect. And part of me wanted to wait until I could show up “better.”

But that’s exactly what this conversation is about.

In this episode, I’m reflecting on what it means to show up in the middle of imperfection; when you feel a little off, a little behind, or not fully put together. The quiet ways we delay ourselves, the pressure to get everything right and the small but powerful decision to move forward anyway.

Because maybe it’s not about showing up perfectly.
Maybe it’s about showing up honestly.
