Some of you do not even know what this feeling is like because
You have current projects and don’t finish any of them.
Before my career was a thing in college I was so used to
Waiting until the last minute to get things done.
It was who I was, like how many of you
When you do not feel well, or tired, you do not finish things.
This means the only way to change your body you need to start following through with
Things. If it means making your bed every morning, do it.
If it means you will train @5:30am everyday then you must do this.
Like people are so used to not following through with things that they do not
Even attempt them anymore. They have spent so much time at a low frequency
That when they try to start a fitness journey that forces you into a situation that
Is uncomfortable you have two choices it is too hard and you fall off, or
You know it is uncomfortable but find a way to win.
Like if you do start a fitness journey then when you go to sleep, and have
A feeling off man I wish I would have done this or a failure at a task
On your day you need to start fixing those things.
Like on a fitness journey when you go to sleep if you can
Identify what you missed and then work on those that starts a
Movement for momentum which brings back motivation.
My message is no matter how hard it gets, you need to show up for
Your Non negotiable.
If you feel disappointed in your efforts reflect and think on it
But then show up for who you need to be.
Take responsibility, own it, and create effort towards the things you
Want. Because that wil save all your energy and you will need that energy to
Progress going forward.
This is what serves you for 2023.
