Showtime gets together with long time friend Ralph "the Ref" on another awesome episode. Ralph is the creator and host of extremely popular Referee Rant podcast. His journey started as a side hustle in rec flag football and has led to umpiring varisty baseball, but he continues to surpass his goals. With a masters in journalism, Ralph is in process of writing another book but this one specifically on the art of officating.
