The definition of insanity: the state of being seriously mentally ill; madness. Or, it could also mean, extreme foolishness or irrationality. They say that if we do the same thing over and over again, and expect a different result, without changing the game plan, that could also be defined as insanity. How many of us have done this with our #healthandwellness goals before? All I know is that I'm super excited my guest tonight decided to break his insanity mold and try something very different. Dexter Jensen is a 36-year-old male, from Billings, MT. He is an outside sales rep for a heavy equipment dealership, and he's also the owner of a window tinting shop. Dexter has been married for 10 years, and he shares 3 kids, 25,20, and 3 with his amazing wife. Dexter started his first shred with us on 10/1/21, where he weighed in at 305lbs. Dexter shared with me that he is down 50lbs already, and the only thing he has done to make that happen was the #ERShred.
