According to the Van Buren, Arkansas police department's incident reports for November 8, 2018, officer Wesley Marsh identified 4 locations in the home that contained possible blood evidence.  Officer Johnathan Wear then collected swabs from two of those four locations. Yet, somehow, there are more swab entries in evidence than swabs admitted to be collected on the 8th.
