Shrimp Pasta and Cherry Limeades with Miranda

While Miranda’s fiancee is away these two cooks will play! We are getting silly with shellfish and whipping up a dish straight from my mom’s head, Shrimp Pasta with Roasted Red Peppers and Basil (I love a descriptive title). 

 

We are sipping on fizzy Cherry Limeades while trying to decipher the lack of ingredient list and not take the card’s implied disappointment for not using heavy cream to heart. 

 

Settle in for our scavenger hunt adventure, battle with shrimp, and the story of my last injury in the kitchen and how it destroyed my dream of riding a motorized bull.
