MY WHY:
I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. Currently I have a full time job working with children and a busy schedule. I enjoy doing this on the side, to help anyone find an ease in cooking.ย
I feel Iโm relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

This week we are making Cajun Veggie Shrimp Pasta ๐
This is the ultimate healthiest pasta!!

Here's the recipe incorporating the ingredients & instructions:
Ingredients:
- buy fresh from a local farmer ๐whenever you can
- Olive Oil
- 1 yam/sweet potato
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 green squash/zucchini
- 1 ring of rice noodles
- Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
Instructions:
1. In your pan warm to medium, add oil and seasoning
2. Add yam/sweet potato (diced or sliced)
3. Add yellow squash (sliced)
4. Add zucchini (sliced)
5. Add halved cherry tomato, cover to soften
6. Put noodles in a bowl, add boiling water on them to soften
7. Drain, add noodles to pan of veggies, turn heat off
8. Add cheese to top of noodles, cover let sit
9. Put Wild Caught Shrimp into bowl, add boiling water, when pink, drain
10. Add shrimp to the veggies and noodles, add more seasoning, mix and devour!
