For this year's Halloween episode, Chad and Jess tried to watch something a little different...a little more "kid friendly". What they watched was "Shrunken Heads", a film that got a little confused on it's way to soccer practice, and ended up at the liquor store. Directed by Richard Elfman, Produced by Charles Band and distributed by Full Moon Pictures, this movie has a very good bad pedigree, but is it a good bad movie, or a bad bad movie?
