Seasoned engineer, experienced manager and leader with nearly two decades of expertise in Advertising technology and AI with a solid background in system design, performance optimization and data management. I have been at Google for 12+ years and currently lead strategy and execution of  YouTube monetization on TV screens through Advertising, driving growth through innovative work on format optimizations, prediction modelling, and quality tuning, managing a team of 20+ people. My prior pivotal work includes architecting the core auto-bidding platform as first and foundational engineer for an SEM startup Sokrati, resulting in a latter successful acquisition by a multinational firm; and significant contributions to  Sybase IQ data-warehousing platform as a query performance optimization engineer.

Masters in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai 2002-04. Currently pursuing an AI Graduate certificate at Stanford in parallel to work, and participating in cutting edge AI research, as my commitment to keep learning, growing and contributing to the latest in technology and research.
