ça passe crème✨= ca convient parfaitement, ça va bien, c'est parfait, impeccable.

je pencherais plutôt pour = je préférerais = I would lean towards. Less committal than 'je choisirais'. "Entre le vin rouge et le blanc, je pencherais plutôt pour le rouge."

chouette ✨ = cool, sympa = nice, great. Perhaps the most common French word for ‘cool’ at the moment. You can drop it in conversation all the time and nothing but good things will happen!
