It’s been a stressful week for Samantha as she juggled two family birthdays, a family party and a sister who added to the stress levels!  

The girls, both the youngest of their respective siblings, explain their family dynamics and the expectations felt having to follow in their sibling’s footsteps. They discuss how the feelings of inadequacy and ‘spare part syndrome’ is a deep - rooted issue and how the relationships with their siblings, now that Niece's and Nephew's have come along, has altered and adapted with age.
