Together with Dr. Patrick Dahm, we discuss the founding of the SICC, its distinctive procedural features - particularly in comparison with arbitration - and available paths to the enforcement of judgments. We also offer a comparative perspective by examining how the SICC's model aligns with, and differs from, emerging German commercial courts.
