Ah, yes. Today we briefly discuss contenders for an Austin city mascot. Among them, of course, H-E-Buddy, Bridge Bat, and, our favorite contender, the Sickly Grackle. You know the one. Disheveled, one-legged, and cruising for leftovers in a parking lot near you. Blessed be the Sickly Grackle. Blessed be our great city.
