In sleep therapy I use recordings of delta and theta waves, as they are also used in sleep laboratories, to set an impulse and stimulate these states.
The limbic system of our brain is put into a highly active state by theta waves and improves our subconscious experiences, emotions and moods. You will feel a bit more comfortable and secure.
Through repetition, your brain learns to trigger these states of consciousness on its own, which means a profound change in your stress management.
