Every bar that makes it onto the 50 Best List gets their name on the famed red scarf. For Apoorva Kohli, she knew it would take something special to have her own name replace that of a bar.

On 17 October 2023, that dream became a reality as she came out on top in the 50 Best Bars The Blend Scholarship.
