The sidewalk is closed for construction of a multifamily development on Madison's West side. But the closure is along Madison's High Injury Network, right in front of a ghost bike placed only months ago for Taylor Dunn. In October another person was killed walking only a couple blocks down. There is no nearby or reasonably safe crosswalk.
