Siennah Pirona is WORLD CLASS in everything she does; whether it was on the elite stage of the Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness or now with her online or personal coaching she brings an energy and experience that far exceeds her years.

One thing that has remained consistent in Siennah’s life is her ability to stay focused on her goals, infact her intuition and insight into goal setting and daily objectives is ultimately what sets her apart from the crowd. At only age 20, she has been able to capitalize on her time on earth with 4 world championships golds, a wellness training platform and already one year into her nutrition and dietetics degree.

Life certainly hasn’t always been easy though, in fact Siennah lost her dad to suicide when she was just 11 years old and as an unconcious result put this internal pressure on herself to fill that void with “success” in her sport. She speaks about obsessing over the little things; becoming an over critical perfectionist throughout her aerobic career which potentially led to an over training injury and a stress fracture in her lumber spin at age 17 before she took stock on what she had lived through, achieved, and lost up until that point. Defining her passion to be kinder to herself and now teaching others the importance of having self-love as well.

Siennah thinks that too many of us unfortunately put too many boundaries on our potential, and she says “when we understand where we ARE, we can set where we want to BE and start tackling our doubts and beliefs, because progress is so much better than PERFECT”.
