Joining me today is Billie O'Connor. Billie started out her
career in roles with Debenhams and M&S, before securing a Head of Finance role with Esporta. Having developed experience within the consumer industry,
Billie then went on to hold senior roles with Walgreens Boots Alliance and Selfridges, where she was able to take on her first FD role. Billie gained significant experience in M&A during this time and in her most recent role, took Milk & More through an exit where she helped integrate the business into Muller.
Billie is also a champion of Women in Leadership, and has
founded the NOVA community which has grown from strength-to-strength since its inception 18 months ago.
