Sigillum consiste en mostrar un recorrido visual desde el entorno íntimo del artista
dibujante, donde los motivos no son casuales ni están dispuestos a capricho, sino que coexisten
como realidad inmediata. Motivos que se constituyen en pretexto y detonante para expresar y
generar a través de su amplio universo, un sinnúmero de emociones, sensaciones ocultas que el
dibujante debe ser capaz de desentrañar y mostrar. Ir en busca de la síntesis que permita más
que representar, descifrar los intríngulis de la forma, la personalidad y el carácter más allá del
parecido, lo que no vemos, lo que acaso sentimos.
Sigillum consists of showing a visual journey from the artist's intimate environment, where the motifs are not casual or arranged on a whim, but coexist as an immediate reality. Motifs that become a pretext and trigger to express and generate through its broad universe, a myriad of emotions, hidden sensations that the artist must be able to unravel and show. To go in search of the synthesis that allows more than to represent, to decipher the intricacies of the form, personality and character beyond the resemblance, what we do not see, what perhaps we feel.
Prescindir de la forma requiere un gran
conocimiento de la misma. Nunca se llega a renunciar totalmente a ella, siempre está presente
aunque no se muestre. Su esencia se hace manifiesta ante quienes creamos; subyace detrás del
plano, bajo la mancha y se riñe con la línea prístina cuando pretendemos su manejo vacío de
referencias. Es un divorcio que no llega a consumarse; estamos rodeados de cosas y esas cosas
tienen forma y aunque maltratada, rota, desecha, mal vista, bella, interpretada, reinterpretada y
sentida, eternamente estará ligada a ese sigilo imaginario que la construye.
To dispense with the form requires a great
knowledge of it. It is never totally renounced, it is always present even if it does not show itself. Its essence becomes manifest before those we create; it underlies behind the plane, under the stain and quarrels with the pristine line when we pretend to handle it empty of references. It is a divorce that is never consummated; we are surrounded by things and those things have form and although abused, broken, discarded, badly seen, beautiful, interpreted, reinterpreted and felt, it will be eternally linked to that imaginary stealth that builds it.

La línea, pura en su integridad, rectitud
y curvatura, en su prolongación infinita cede ante su propia susceptibilidad, se desdobla, se
desvanece y vuelve a ser fuerte para mostrarnos lo visto y lo aun no creado, y dar forma a lo que
garabatea el pensamiento. Desde los enseres, objetos de uso, pasando por el retrato, el
autorretrato hasta la figura en movimiento en inusitadas poses que se hacen habituales y siempre
ofrecen, dispensan e inducen a nuevas y distintas formas de verse. En concreto, un paneo por los
diferentes momentos y espacios de investigación, reflexión y desarrollo de la obra plástica, donde
se evidencie la praxis del dibujo como herramienta fundamental y oficio disciplinado y constante.

reinventa en su empeño por descubrirse y encontrarse. De esta manera estaría incursionando en
la modalidad audiovisual, lo cual ofrece la posibilidad de mostrar la obra en una dimensión distinta
que trasciende el plano e involucra el audio como aliciente para acompañar la imagen,
incorporando otros elementos, sonido y movimiento, a objeto de dinamizar y enriquecer la
propuesta. Generando una atmósfera envolvente que sitúe al espectador en una dinámica de
interacción con la obra en la que se sienta parte de la muestra, trascendiendo así, su rol de observador pasivo.

sigilosamente la urdimbre que construye y reconstruye la memoria de lo que hemos vivido.
Sigillum intends to show how drawing, a graphic procedure and its varied possibilities, is the necessary and suitable means, susceptible to be manipulated, to
suitable medium, susceptible of being manipulated to, by using the line and the stroke, stealthily weave the warp that builds and reconstructs the memory of what we have lived.
