This is a quick view into some inner dialogue from this past summer.

Forcing myself to really get into the weeds of it all, so that when those moments arise—I have the language to combat them, or at least confront them with more consciousness.

To continue to sit in the complacent state will only wither you away, at least for me…that is true.
