My middle son came home with a good report-card and bad comments on his character. His excuse was he can't control himself enough not to talk when he isn't suppose to. So I challenged him to remain absolutely silent for an entire Saturday.

A Rap Dad is someone who loves Hip Hop and at the same time loves being a father. On this podcast I will be sharing my thoughts, my stories and my journey as a dad. I’ll be interviewing other Rap Dads and people I think can help contribute to the show and help all of us be great dads.

I also want this podcast to be reflective of the culture that inspired it, hip hop. Hip Hop is the most vocal community there is. We are opinionated, informed and never bite our tongues. That being said I started a Blog, Facebook Group, an IG page, a Podcast as well as a YouTube channel for us to engage and interact. I’d love to hear your feedback and would love for us all to share information, stories and resources that will help us all become great rap dads.
