Wellness and Wonder Welcome you to Mindfulness in Daily Life with Chris Manning.
His mission through his is to relieve the suffering of our fellow beings and to bring a positive oasis of calm in the social media storm.
They are welcoming, open-minded, non-judgmental, and are always happy to provide a helpful word of encouragement.
Who is Chris Manning?
His spiritual quest started 20 years ago and since then he has been practising every day.
During the last 10 years, has been teaching mindfulness meditation.
He created this group to bring together a global digital family to support each other on our journey of self-discovery.
At Wellness and Wonder we discuss about Mindfulness, which is the idea of learning how to be fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts and feelings without distraction or judgment.
We can reach a mindful experience in Silence ,which is the highest form of the word, which also brings to understanding that is the highest form of the human being.
Silence is the kindness of the universe, we must appreciate it, because full of us , is the curve of silence.
We believe words speak to each other, silences touch each other.
We have learned the meaning of silence when we realised that all the most important things in our life broke without making a sound.
We listen to the phone too much and we listen too little to nature, and to our inner voice 
Wind is one of our favourite sounds. A solitary sound, perhaps, but relaxing. 
Each of us should have each own personal sound and listening to it should make it euphoric and alive, or silent and peaceful ... As a matter of fact, one of the most important sounds is total, absolute silence. Let’s remember that a mindful approach to life and to moments lived with our heart made of Silence are powerful because it does not ask questions, but it can give us an answer to everything.
