Silent Monolith is a doom and slacker rock band from Nashville, Tennessee and is comprised of guitar player and vocalist Kenneth Johnson, or "KJ" for short, lead guitarist Shania Blake, and Nate Davenport on bass.  Silent Monolith was formed in 2011, and show no signs of slowing down yet.  I spoke to KJ about their 2015 album "Another Way to Fly," as well as some pretty hard hitting and honest topics.  With influences such as Black Sabbath, Clutch and Fu Manchu, Silent Monolith crafts some honest, heavy hitting tunes.
