Let’s decode what’s really being said-without a word.

Have your ever noticed someone’s crossed arms during a conversation or caught a glance that seemed to reveal more than words ever could?

That’s the power of body language the silent signals we send and receive every day.

Isn’t it amazing?

Now what is the importance of body language?

Body language accounts for a significant portion of our communication. Estimates suggest up to 93% of our interactions are non-verbal.  In can reinforce what we say, or sometimes, completely contradict it.  For example, say “I am fine” with a clenched jaw or avoiding eye contact often reveals distress or discomfort.

Now let’s us move on to some common signals in our day-to-day life and what they might mean.

Understanding posture helps interpret the unspoken messages people send to us during daily interactions, improving communication and relationship dynamics.

It is important to keep in mind that body language isn’t  universal.
