This week we're showcasing a TOA17 fireside chat between Jake Lodwick, the co-founder of Vimeo/CEO of Keezy and Lindsay Gellman, a journalist and contributor to the Wall Street Journal.

Jake and Lindsay go back to the beginning of his career when he founded CollegeHumor, and how that evolved into the creation of Vimeo. They also get into Jake's theories around VC investment and how to make a product that will actually improve quality of life for the user. Jake stresses that "Silicon Valley is Bullshit" and urges the TOA audience to continue to foster a "Berlin-specific start up culture."

Host Danielle Lemieux is joined by TOA's Head of Marketing, Sam Butler to discuss Jakes career, the evolution of memes, venture capitalists and music creation.
