Originally from Colombia, Silvana was raised in a very strict environment,  she went to catholic school.. later moved to Miami only to lose herself and then really find her true self. She is now a feminine empowerment coach - deep internal emotional healing + plant medicine facilitator. 

We talk about how us as a collective have gotten disconnected from our roots and traumatised throughout generations.
