Joel Murphy and Andy McIntyre watch maligned movies and find their silver linings. For October, Joel and Andy are checking into the Overlook Hotel for a month of Stephen King films.

Joel and Andy are kicking things off with the 1997 The Shining miniseries. Stephen King wasn’t happy with Stanley Kubrick’s iconic version of his film, so he wrote the screenplay for this version in hopes that it would be more faithful to his original version.
