Episode 2 - Joan Nestle, This Huge Light of Yours
WARNING - the following program contains explicit content and themes
Proud 'out' lesbian, spokeswoman for butch-femme desire, and a tireless freedom fighter, Joan laid the groundwork for the lesbian, gay and transgender movements of today by claiming her right to her own sexual identity at a time when to do so made her a figure of controversy.
Joan reads an excerpt from her out of print book 'A Restricted Country' called 'This Huge Light of Yours'.
