PN Sivaji is the latest guest in the Silverfox's hotseat. He is currently the Technical Director (TD) of Brunei. He spent 10 years in Myanmar prior to that coaching and also enjoying his role as a coach mentor and TD. Sivaji also had spells as the Head coach of Balestier Utd, Young Lions and Home Utd in the S-League.
The "Boss" as I call him, shares all in this revealing episode. The role of the TD & why 2 years in the job is never enough, his time in Myanmar, dealing with the media, his coaching influences etc.
How can we not talk about 1992 & 1993?! Well, we did and Sivaji was candid in his thoughts and feelings about the roller coaster of a ride, the Malaysia Cup and the Dream Team. You do not want to miss his opinions on the star studded team, his take on the brickbats that followed in the aftermath of the defeat in the Final, how he recovered from that and of course the allegations of match fixing, which was rife back then.
The 'Boss" was also emotional when he revealed how his brother Mr PN Balji, the former Editor of The New Paper, wrote him an apology letter over how he was treated during those crazy times.
