Aidil Sulaiman, Dean Singh and Sofiyan Hamid are youth/grassroots football coaches. They are currently coaching at different clubs/academies which focus on nurturing children and youth of different levels.
The trio speak to me about their early involvement in the beautiful game and what led them to the coaching path. Aidil, Dean and Sofiyan share their coaching journey and reveal their thoughts on coaching methods, styles, philosophies and the difficulties they faced in the profession.
Episode 49 is close to my heart and it does not disappoint as the trio share some interesting insights and useful nuggets of wisdom for current coaches or for anyone who wants to take it up.. Aidil, Dean and Sofiyan are the epitome of the Silverfox Hustle - strong work ethics, positivity and most importantly, showing tremendous respect to the profession that they chose.
