Nurhafizah Abu Sujad, the Head Physiotherapist at the Lion City Sailors & Football Association of Singapore, joins me and Guest Host, Vanan (Kopi with Vans Podcast), for the latest episode of the pod.
Kak Fizah, as she is affectionately known, is a "mum, elder sister, best friend, confidante and more to every player in the teams" that she has been a part of.  She reveals why she gave up the idea of being a nurse,  the qualifications needed to be a physiotherapist, difficulties she faced and lots more.

Fizah also shares what it takes to be part of the LCS set up and the working relationship with the technical team so that players are in top shape for competition.
