A McKinsey & Company alumna, Silvi has built an international executive career in insurance across Life & Pensions (Old Mutual), Property & Casualty (If), Broking (Willis Towers Watson) and the Lloyd’s Market (Hiscox) over the past 18 years. She has had a variety of industry roles across business controlling, business development, sales, underwriting, and strategy. Passionate about the value technology can bring to insurance, Silvi co-founded Ch.AI in 2018, a FinTech / InsurTech start-up based in London focused on mitigating price risk in raw materials. Her professional passion is to push boundaries and drive change, solve complex problems and connect the dots between people and ideas.

A Swedish citizen speaking 8 languages, Silvi holds a Master's degree in economics and business from the Stockholm School of Economics, specialising in macroeconomics, international trade and corporate finance.
