In this episode I'm joined by Paul Coleman the Chief Game Designer on DiRT Rally 1.0 and who is now the Creative Director at Nordeus games in Belgrade in the Republic of Serbia. First and foremost it was great to hear from Paul. We discussed serveral topics from how he got started working on videogames at Codemasters in the UK to how he then went on to work on the original DiRT Rally 1.0 and later also DiRT Rally 2.0 and later his departure from Codemasters in June 2018.
