It has been a Catholic tradition in the Philippines to attend a series of 9 consecutive holy masses before Christmas. This is popularly known in the country as “Simbang Gabi.” In this episode, we shared our unforgettable moments attending this Eucharistic celebration, together with the famous Filipino delicacies that surely motivated us to wake up early at 3:00 am!
