On forum retreat, Simon receives a letter that he has asked her to write as part of an exercise. The letter is a massive shock when Simon realises he's not the family man that he wanted to be. This event, about 5 years ago, becomes an inflection point for Simon to change life direction.
Fast forward to 2021, Simon has exited his business and has his family life back in balance. Family Vision was set up about 18 months ago with its' purpose to help other EO'ers, YPO'ers and founders get their families back in balance.
