Simon Webster has been playing music since he was a child, first the violin, then, as a teenager, he discovered drums, and that was that.

Simon has played with World Music artists and traveled the world, studying local percussion styles as he travels. He has lived in Morocco, France, and the UK.

In 2020 Simon released the album Threads, a collection of songs recorded over the previous few years. Simon’s most recent project is Sharka with Chaka Chouka (Bernard O’Neill, Haji Mike and Mouna Eddrou). Check out the percussion and drum loops Simon has created.
