This is the start of Season 2! I’m calling it Story Time. This first episode is a personal story I’m sharing from experience. It’s both raw and beautiful. At the end, I ask my listeners to share their stories with me.

In this episode I talk about how the journey of life is long, twisting and sometimes lonely. I touch on how to deal with the loneliness. I talk about how we all make choices and how the choices of the people around us are theirs. So, maybe it’s time to let them make those choices without us feeling the need to judge them. I show gratitude and appreciation.

In this episode I talk about my journey of self discovery. I get real with my listeners. I get vulnerable and I ask you all to get vulnerable with me. I ask questions that will you make think about them for an extended amount of time. It’s time to show up for yourself and take charge of your life again.

This episode was surprisingly difficult for me. I call myself out on my bs. I get real with myself and with my listeners. It’s one that hopefully will stick to a lot of hearts and minds.
