People don't like complex things. They just stop giving attention to the things which they don't understand. Everything looks simple from outside. A big organization may look very simple from outside, only the people inside it knows that what it takes to make one product.

The end product is always great to see. But, there needs a lot of work to be done on the product before it can be put into use. Only science cannot do everything, you need the combination of both science and commerce to build something.

A ready-made shirt may look attractive, only the tailor knows the technical details of stitching a shirt. The customer never cares how tough it is to make a shirt, the customer only wants a good shirt which looks attractive on them.

A small plant may look like static from outside, still, a lot will be going inside. We cannot see photosynthesis from our naked eyes, but still, this complex process will be going on inside.

There are a lot of things to be done before a product hits the market. There is always a lot of things to be done before anything looks simple. So, it is not a good thing to underestimate any of them.
