In this episode, I give some examples on how to help gently walk yourself through your own internal process. I have been inspired by watching and practicing this with my preschooler babies, seeing their unfoldment, and applying it to my own life.
I also just give a little simple tip and some grace for caretakers, parents, and just humans in general<3
This is a combination of many different types of methods I have explored on my own healing journey, experienced or learned at work or through nervous system regulation resources, and last but not least experiences I have shared with really great trusted friends.
