Hey Tribe!!  I know we all are stuck indoors and it can be a trying time for some of us.  This can also be a time where not only are faith is tested,  but as parents so is our patience.  This isn't going to last, and we will eventually be out of our lockdown, but for the time being we have to learn how to communicate with each other as parents.  Some may have split duties due to divorce, or even first responders, and military families having to work remotely.  

In this episode, Dr. Randy and I discuss ways that you can work together during this time and work for the benefit of ourselves, but most importantly the children who are also affected by this crisis.
