In this episode of Bread and Better, Tegan and Alex are sharing some of the organisation hacks that they use to bring a little bit of order to their busy lives! With Alex balancing her role as a mum of three and various professional roles, and Tegan managing all of her clients and keeping track of her own health and fitness goals, they offer diverse perspectives on staying organised. From tackling housework efficiently (this is from Tegan, not Alex… IYKYK), and managing work-from-home schedules, to keeping nutrition, training, finances, and even kids in check, they share practical tips and strategies that have worked for them. Bread and Better is hosted by Tegan Padget a qualified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, chef, and owner of the online lifestyle coaching business called Fitty Tegs, and Alex Whittington a freelance feature writer, producer, the owner of Hey Al! Productions, and a mum of three. We aim to not only discuss the issues that affect us as women - but also how the issues we deal with, and how we respond, can affect those we influence - our kids, our nephews and nieces, our siblings, our cousins, our godchildren, our best friend's kids. We are committed to opening a dialogue where we explore generational patterns in the health, movement and mindset space, and make real change.
