Simple Muscular Strength & Endurance Exercises

In some of my teletherapy sessions, to assure that my clients are remaining fit, I have recommended a couple of these simple exercises.  It is also great since many of us can not access the gym.  Simplicity is key!!

Muscular strength is how much weight you can lift at one
time. Muscular endurance is how many times you can lift a
certain amount of weight. Resistance training (also referred
to as weight training or strength training) helps increase
muscular strength and endurance.
