Kimberly Allen has over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry; she is the CEO and Owner of Kimberly Allen Meditation & More, an expert in meditation, stress relief, and mindfulness, and a health coach. Kimberly holds a BS in Exercise Physiology, an MS in Nonprofit Management, and is currently working on a Ph.D. in Lifestyle Medicine.
