In the New Testament the Greek verb translated "saved" is "Sozo". This verb is used 110 times in the Bible, or about once on every 3 pages of a 350-page New Testament. σωτηρία sōtēría, so-tay-ree'-ah; feminine of a derivative of G4990 as a (properly, abstract) noun; rescue or safety (physically or morally):—deliver, health, salvation, save, saving. Deliverance Health  Salvation Save Saving  Notice the last three.
