Simple strategies to avoid Goal mapping fatigue 

For every big goal that you have set for yourself, I am sure that you have gone through the goal mapping exercises and have broken the big goal into small manageable chunk of a mini goals.

If you need some tips around the how to scope your next project, don’t look further as I have shared some information around the scoping in the second episode – 5 mins to enrich your next project. Go listen to it. I am sure you would find that useful. To develop a proper goal maps, I would recommend you stay close to the problem statement or goal 

3 Tips how to navigate through your many mini goals to avoid fatigue 

  1. Place an interesting/motivating/challenging element in each of the goal.
    •  It should not be the result or mini goal itself.
  2. Do not stay in the past segment or future just focus on the current.
    •  It allows you to become less anxious and let you enjoy the journey.
  3.  Apply the learning and feedback from the past segment
    •  Let you improve.
