C: Conversation, because AI works better when you talk through the problem instead of trying to write the perfect prompt
H: Honing, where your taste, judgment, and standards improve the output
O: Ownership, because you are still accountable for the result, not the AI

This framework is especially useful for business owners, operators, and teams who want to use AI practically without turning the company into a generic AI content machine or chasing every new model.

Try this this week: take one task you would normally hand off to AI with a single prompt. Instead, start a conversation with it.
