When Elijah is at his wit's end, God leads him to do three things:

1. Sleep.

2. Eat.

3. Scripture.

The biggest problem with a hurried and stress-filled life is that is doesn't leave room for us to hear the gentle voice of God.

"Simplicity" means "keeping the main thing, the main thing!"
