Corey Hess is a longtime Rinzai Zen practitioner who studied with renowned Zen master Shodo Harada Roshi in Japan.  He maintains the Zen Embodiment website, The Energy Collective practice group and the Internal Process with Corey Hess Facegroup.  Corey joins us for a second time and this episode we discuss non-directed body movement, Qigong, energy work and internal processes.
